Ces compétences répondent aux exigences de nos clients aussi bien au niveau technique qu-esthétique.

Afin de compléter notre département « Saphir », nous recherchons un :

Opérateur de Contrôle (H/F)

Missions :

* Réaliser le contrôle esthétique, visuel et dimensionnel des composants horlogers selon les critères qualité définis, afin de garantir la conformité des pièces livrées aux clients internes et externes, dans le respect des standards, procédures et exigences du secteur.

Responsabilités :

  • Effectuer le contrôle esthétique des pièces (défauts matière, défauts de surface, homogénéité) selon les critères internes et/ou clients ;
  • Utiliser les moyens de contrôle visuels ou techniques (loupe, bino, éclairage, gabarits, instruments de mesure simples) ;
  • Identifier, trier et classer les pièces conformes, douteuses ou non conformes, selon les instructions qualité ;
  • Renseigner la traçabilité et les documents de contrôle (OF, feuilles de tri, déclarations de non-conformité) ;
  • Signaler immédiatement toute dérive qualité ou anomalie détectée en production ;
  • Garantir l-entretien, le rangement et la propreté du matériel de contrôle et du poste de travail ;
  • Respecter les exigences de sécurité, les procédures qualité et les standards 5S ;
  • Collaborer avec les équipes de production et de qualité afin d-améliorer la détection, la compréhension et la prévention des défauts ;
  • Participer, si nécessaire, au support des nouvelles collaboratrices/collaborateurs dans l-apprentissage des critères esthétiques et des méthodes de contrôle.

Profil:

  • Formation de base ou expérience en environnement de production ou contrôle qualité ;
  • Expérience confirmée dans le visitage ou le contrôle esthétique horloger, un fort atout ;
  • Maîtrise des méthodes de contrôle esthétique ;
  • Bonne compréhension des critères de tri (conforme, douteux, rebut) ;
  • Utilisation des équipements de contrôle (loupe, bino, gabarit, éclairage adapté, etc.) ;
  • Lecture et respect des instructions de contrôle et documents qualité ;
  • Capacité à détecter des défauts fins et répétitifs avec constance ;
  • Grande minutie et concentration ;
  • Rigueur et objectivité dans la prise de décision ;
  • Patience et constance dans les tâches répétitives ;
  • Fiabilité, autonomie et respect strict des consignes ;
  • Esprit d-équipe et communication claire avec la production et la qualité.
