Votre mission : Vous réalisez les opérations de montage, de lessivage et de manipulation de pièces selon les instructions de production et les exigences qualité définies. Vous garantissez la propreté, la conformité et la traçabilité des pièces tout au long du processus. Vous travaillez en salle propre avec les équipements requis, au sein d’une équipe de production attentive à la qualité et à la traçabilité.

Vous serez notamment amené-e à : - Manipuler avec minutie des pièces à forte valeur ajoutée à l’aide de gants, de doigtiers ou de brucelles. - Lire et appliquer les instructions de travail, sélectionner les posages appropriés et effectuer le montage demandé. - Lessiver les pièces sur la chaîne correspondante en choisissant le programme adéquat. - Réaliser les autocontrôles aux différentes étapes et solliciter la personne responsable en cas de doute. - Démonter les pièces, puis les ranger dans les conditionnements adaptés. - Renseigner avec précision les documents de production et timbrer les opérations sur tablette. - Participer au nettoyage des conditionnements et équipements, et proposer des améliorations utiles.

Votre profil : - Expérience dans un environnement similaire demandant précision et habileté manuelle. - Expérience dans la manipulation de pièces horlogères à forte valeur ajoutée. - Aisance avec les outils de montage et de contrôle - Minutie, adresse, rigueur, sens pratique et esprit d’initiative. - Aptitude au travail en équipe, respect des collègues et de la hiérarchie. - Respect strict des règles de propreté et de sécurité propres à la salle propre. - Flexibilité, adaptabilité, bonne gestion du stress et curiosité. - Des notions de base en procédés de fabrication ou en traitement de surface constituent un atout. - Bonne capacité à reconnaître les différents défauts esthétiques et à distinguer les couleurs ; - Une expérience en sous-traitance est un atout.
