Mission du poste : Préparation, réglage, optimisation des machines CNC 5 axes pour le mitraillage. Effectuer les opérations de mitraillage sur les pièces de nos clients ou les pièces internes en garantissant une production conforme aux exigences de qualité, délais et productivité

Compétences : Exécuter ses tâches avec soin, conscience et responsabilité

Tâches principales : - Préparation et réglage des machines CNC 5 axes pour le mitraillage de prototypes ou de séries de production - Optimiser les paramètres d’usinage afin d’assurer la meilleure qualité et les temps de cycle les plus efficaces - Effectuer les changements d’outils, la mise au point des programmes et les ajustements nécessaires au démarrage - Contrôler les premières pièces et valider la conformité avant le lancement de la série - Usinage de prototypes ou de séries de productions sur les machines réglées - Assister et soutenir les opérateurs dans leurs tâches quotidiennes (formation, dépannage, contrôle) - Collaborer étroitement avec le responsable de secteur et le service qualité pour garantir la conformité des productions. - Contrôle des zéros machine régulier en fonction du calendrier préétabli

Tâches de contrôle : - Veiller à la qualité de l’usinage après chaque pièce - Trouver un équilibre entre la qualité et la consommation d’outils - Informer immédiatement le supérieur en cas de panne ou de mauvais fonctionnement de l’outil de travail

Organisation : - Utilisation des posages adéquats (demande de nouveaux posages si nécessaire) - Contribuer à l’amélioration continue du processus d’usinage et à la réduction des temps d’arrêt machine. - Participer activement à la maintenance de premier niveau et signaler toute anomalie technique - Laisser sa zone de travail propre en cas de changement de machine et en fin de journée - Retour au coffre des séries en matière précieuse à midi et le soir - Retour au coffre des autres séries en fin de journée - Être mobile sur les différentes machines en fonction des besoins de production

Exigences du poste : - Respecter la confidentialité du poste de travail et ne pas faire de photos des produits travaillés - Respecter le règlement d’entreprise - Porter la tenue de travail adéquate et les EPI nécessaires à l’exécution des tâches de son poste de travail - Être concentré et consciencieux - Travailler de manière autonome et responsable - Respecter les consignes des supérieurs - Contribuer activement au travail d’équipe - Aucune allergie à l’huile

Profil souhaité : - Formation en poly mécanique, micromécanique ou équivalent. - Expérience confirmée en réglage et usinage CNC (5 axes, idéalement Fanuc). - Connaissance des machines CHIRON Micro 5, Willemin-Macodel W308-S2 et 408-S2 constitue un atout majeur. - Maîtrise de la lecture de plans techniques et des outils de mesure. - Bonne compréhension des processus d’usinage et des matériaux utilisés. - Capacité à travailler de manière autonome, rigoureuse et organisée. - Esprit d’équipe, proactivité et sens des priorités.
