Notre client, acteur reconnu de l'industrie horlogère de luxe et implanté au coeur des montagnes neuchâteloises, nous a confié le recrutement de ses futurs collaborateurs.

Dans le cadre du renforcement de ses équipes et afin de répondre à un besoin de longue durée en temporaire, nous recherchons actuellement un(e) : Opérateur(trice) sur machines automatisées en horaire 3x8 ou en VSD (vendredi/samedi/dimanche)

Vous intégrerez une entreprise reconnue pour son expertise horlogère, sa proximité managériale et la qualité de ses réalisations. Les horaires de travail vous offre un poste à hauteur de 4 jours de travail par semaines (80%) lorsque vous êtes en horaires 2x8 et à 100% lors des horaires de nuit. Les horaires de week\-end vous offrent 3 jours payés à hauteur de 5 jours de travail.

Vos responsabilités : \- Assurer l'approvisionnement continu et le bon fonctionnement des lignes de production automatisées. \- Superviser les différentes étapes de contrôle automatisé (contrôle à l'air, blocage des fonds et autres opérations techniques). \- Interagir avec les équipements de production à l'aide d'interfaces informatiques dédiées. \- Identifier, traiter et valider les non\-conformités détectées par les systèmes de contrôle. \- Réaliser les interventions de premier niveau en cas de dysfonctionnement ou d'enrayage afin de garantir la continuité de la production. \- Effectuer les opérations de nettoyage et d'entretien préventif des équipements. \- Participer activement à l'optimisation des performances de la ligne et à l'amélioration continue des processus. \- Veiller au respect des exigences de qualité, de sécurité et de productivité.

Opérateur sur machines automatisées

Votre profil : \- CFC d'opérateur sur lignes automatisées (un fort atout). \- Expérience dans la gestion et le suivi de lignes de production automatisées ou sur machines CNC d'un an minimum. \- Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques industriels. \- Expérience dans l'horlogerie ou la microtechnique (un atout). \- Esprit d'équipe, autonomie et sens de l'initiative. \- Capacité à analyser les situations et à proposer des solutions concrètes. \- Résidence en Suisse obligatoire. \- Ouvert aux horaire 3x8 ou VSD. \- Être véhiculé.
