Pour notre atelier de tribofinition, nous recherchons notre futur/e :

Opérateur/trice en tribofinition 100% (F/H/X)

Lieu de travail :Bonfol (JU)

Votre mission

Vous assurez le polissage et l’ébavurage de composants par tribofinition, dans le respect des exigences de qualité, de quantité, de délais et de coûts.

Vos responsabilités

  • Régler et contrôler les machines selon les recettes et les instructions de travail
  • Réaliser les opérations de tribofinition et contrôler la qualité des pièces
  • Effectuer les travaux mécaniques et les changements de porteurs nécessaires
  • Assurer l’entretien courant des outils et des équipements de production
  • Signaler les anomalies et participer à la résolution des problèmes et aux améliorations
  • Respecter les procédures qualité et les consignes de sécurité

Votre profil

  • Formation technique (mécanique, horlogerie ou polissage) ou expérience confirmée à un poste similaire
  • La connaissance des recettes de polissage est un atout apprécié
  • Bonnes connaissances générales en mécanique et aisance avec les outils informatiques de production
  • Rigueur, constance dans les travaux répétitifs et fiabilité dans vos exécutions
  • Capacité à juger un état de surface et à utiliser les outils de contrôle usuels
  • Vous êtes de nature curieuse et savez travailler en autonomie mais avancer en équipe
  • Bonnes connaissances du français oral/écrit
