Dein Aufgabengebiet

Als Operations Engineer mit Fokus Storage & Virtualisation überwachst du Storage-, Virtualisierungs- und Backup-Umgebungen im NOC-Betrieb, reagierst auf Alerts und Incidents und koordinierst bei Bedarf direkt mit Herstellern. Du analysierst Fehler, führst Root-Cause-Analysen durch, bearbeitest Eskalationen nach ITIL-Prozessen und treibst mit Automatisierung sowie Skripting die Effizienz im Engineering-Team voran.

Das bringst du mit

Du bringst fundierte Kenntnisse im NOC-Betrieb sowie in Storage- und Virtualisierungstechnologien mit, insbesondere mit SAN/NAS, VMware oder Proxmox. Zudem arbeitest du sicher mit Windows und Linux, kennst Veeam, verstehst TCP/IP und VLANs und verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Weiterbildung in Informatik auf Stufe HF/FH/Uni oder eine gleichwertige Ausbildung. Deutsch und Englisch beherrschst du fliessend.
