Bei Delica gestaltest du die Operational Excellence unserer Produktion aktiv mit. Gemeinsam mit den Teams analysierst du Abläufe, setzt Verbesserungen um und trägst dazu bei, Effizienz, Qualität und Stabilität nachhaltig zu steigern. ### Was du bewegst \* Du analysierst Produktions\\- und Supportprozesse, erkennst Verbesserungspotenziale und unterstützt deren erfolgreiche Umsetzung. \* Du arbeitest bei der Einführung und Anwendung von Lean\\-Methoden wie 5S, KVP, Shopfloor Management oder Problemlösung aktiv mit. \* Du unterstützt den Aufbau und die Weiterentwicklung von KPI\\-Systemen, Dashboards und Visualisierungen zur datenbasierten Steuerung des Betriebs. \* Du arbeitest in bereichsübergreifenden Verbesserungsprojekten mit und übernimmst nach der Einarbeitungsphase die Verantwortung für vollständige Projekte, Teilprojekte sowie konkrete Umsetzungsmassnahmen. \* Du unterstützt Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitende dabei, kontinuierliche Verbesserungen nachhaltig im Arbeitsalltag zu verankern. ### Was du mitbringst \* Bildung: Abgeschlossenes Studium (Uni/ETH, FH, HF) \* Fachrichtung: in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbar, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Prozessmanagement oder Operational Excellence, und eine Weiterbildung im Lean Management (z. B.
