Unser Team Für unsere Abteilung Client Data \& Services suchen wir per 1\. November für einen befristeten Einsatz eine pragmatische, kunden\- und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit, die unser eingespieltes und motiviertes Team bei der täglichen Digitalisierung von physischen Kundenaufträgen im Input Management unterstützt.

Die

  • Triage des physischen Posteingangs und Bearbeitung des physischen Postausgangs
  • Avorisierung der Kundenanträge sowie verschiedener Dokumente mit den entsprechenden Kontrollen
  • Scanning der physischen Dokumente zwecks Digitalisierung und Indexierung
  • verschiedene administrative Aufgaben im Postbereich
  • physische Archivierung und Harmonisierung mit dem elektronischen Archiv inkl. entsprechender Korrekturen

Das wünschen wir uns * abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung oder gleichwertige Ausbildung mit technischem Flair * Berufserfahrung im Input\-Management oder Kundendienst von Vorteil * Muttersprache Deutsch und Fremdsprachenkenntnisse ( ösisch, Englisch und/oder Italienisch) * kundenorientiertes Denken und Handeln, Selbständigkeit sowie Verantwortungs\- und Qualitätsbewusstsein * Einsatzbereitschaft an zwei bzw. vier Vormittagen
