Ihre Aufgaben: Abwicklung des operativen Einkaufs von Komponenten und Baugruppen bei internationalen Lieferanten Bearbeitung von Bestellanforderungen und Auslösung globaler Bestellungen Steuerung von Just-in-Time-Prozessen sowie Vendor-Managed-Inventory-Lösungen Überwachung offener Bestellungen, Liefertermine und Materialbestände Proaktive Einleitung von Eskalationsmassnahmen bei Lieferengpässen Sicherstellung einer unterbrechungsfreien Materialversorgung der Produktion Pflege der täglichen Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Lieferanten Verwaltung von Bestellungen, Versandinformationen, Prognosen und elektronischen Rechnungen Erstellung und Weitergabe von Lieferantenprognosen und Leistungskennzahlen Prüfung und Freigabe eingehender Rechnungen Klärung von Preis- und Mengendifferenzen sowie Bearbeitung von Lieferantenreklamationen Pflege und Sicherstellung korrekter Stammdaten in SAP ERP Erstellung regelmässiger Auswertungen zu Bestellungen, Lieferantenleistungen und Lagerbeständen Unterstützung bei der Einführung und Schulung neuer Teammitglieder Mitarbeit in standortübergreifenden Projekten zur Optimierung der Einkaufs- und Supply-Chain-Prozesse Kontinuierliche Prüfung und Verbesserung bestehender Arbeitsabläufe Ihr Profil: Abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium in Betriebswirtschaft, Supply Chain Management, Logistik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung Mindestens zwei Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Einkauf oder Supply Chain Management nach Abschluss des Studiums Fundierte Erfahrung im operativen Einkauf eines produzierenden Unternehmens Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SAP ERP, insbesondere in den Bereichen MM, PP und Stammdaten Erfahrung in der Mitarbeit oder Leitung von Projekten Ausgeprägte Affinität zu Zahlen, Daten und systemgestützten Prozessen Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Sehr gute Fähigkeiten im Stakeholder- und Lieferantenmanagement Analytische Denkweise und ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz Selbstständige, sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise Proaktive, zuverlässige und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit Fähigkeit, auch bei Lieferengpässen den Überblick zu behalten und lösungsorientiert zu handeln Abschlusszeugnis sowie aktuelles Arbeitszeugnis sind vorhanden Das dürfen Sie erwarten: Spannende und verantwortungsvolle Tätigkeit im internationalen operativen Einkauf Temporärer Einsatz bei einem renommierten Unternehmen in der Region Zug Hohe Wahrscheinlichkeit einer Verlängerung des befristeten Einsatzes Bis zu 40 % Homeoffice möglich Abwechslungsreiche Kombination aus operativem Einkauf und Projektarbeit Mitarbeit in einem internationalen und standortübergreifenden Umfeld Modernes Arbeitsumfeld mit professionellen Einkaufs- und Supply-Chain-Prozessen Möglichkeit, eigene Ideen zur Prozess- und Workflowoptimierung einzubringen Zusammenarbeit mit einem erfahrenen und kollegialen Team Sind Sie interessiert?
