Für ein etabliertes Schweizer Unternehmen im Raum Glarnerland suchen wir im Zuge der Modernisierung und Weiterentwicklung am neuen Standort eine engagierte Persönlichkeit für den operativen Einkauf. Beschaffen. Koordinieren. Optimieren.

 

Operative:r Einkäufer:in 60 - 80 %

Ihre Aufgaben

* Operative Beschaffung und Bestellabwicklung

* Überwachung von Lieferterminen, offenen Bestellungen und Rahmenvereinbarungen

* Direkter Kontakt und Koordination mit Lieferanten

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Logistik und Lager sowie Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung des Lagersystems und der internen Abläufe

* Pflege von Einkaufs- und Stammdaten im ERP-System

 

Ihr Profil

* Kaufmännische oder technische Grundausbildung

* Idealerweise Erfahrung im operativen Einkauf oder in der Beschaffung

* Verständnis für Warenflüsse, Lager und Logistik

* Strukturierte, zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

* Gute ERP- und MS-Office-Kenntnisse

* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie Kenntnisse in Englisch
