Das Alte Tramdepot hat sich in den 27 Jahren seit der Eröffnung zu einem festen Wert der Gastrolandschaft entwickelt. Mit rund 230 Innen\- und 270 Aussenplätzen gehört es zu den beliebtesten Restaurants der Stadt. Über 100 Mitarbeitende tragen täglich zum Erfolg des Betriebs bei.

OPERATIVEN KÜCHENCHEF:IN (M/W) ===============================

Der operative Küchenchef ist verantwortlich für den reibungslosen Ablauf im Tagesgeschäft der Küche. Dazu gehört die Sicherstellung der Qualität, die Führung des Küchenteams und die Umsetzung eines effizienten Produktions\- und Servicebetriebs. In dieser Funktion arbeitest du eng mit dem Küchendirektor zusammen und führst den operativen Bereich der Küche selbstständig.

DAS ZEICHNET DICH AUS

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Führungsfunktion in der Küche sowie entsprechende Aus\- und Weiterbildungen. * Eine ausgeprägte Leidenschaft für qualitative Produkte und eine erstklassige Küchenleistung. * Erfahrung in der Führung und Entwicklung eines Teams von 13\-17 Mitarbeitenden. * Erfahrung in der Ausbildung von Lernenden. * Hohe Kompetenz in Organisation, Prozessführung und operativer Planung. * Ein gutes Verständnis für Wirtschaftlichkeit, Kostenkontrolle und Warenbewirt\-schaftung. * Belastbarkeit, Entscheidungsstärke und Freude an einem lebendigen, dynamischen Betrieb. * Die Fähigkeit, das operative Tagesgeschäft eigenständig zu führen und den Küchendirektor bei Abwesenheiten vollumfänglich zu vertreten.
