Als operativer Einkäufer / Disponent (m/w/d) gestalten Sie aktiv mit:

  • Operative Beschaffung von produktionsbezogenen Materialien und Handelswaren
  • Sicherstellung einer optimalen Lagerbewirtschaftung mit Fokus auf Materialverfügbarkeit und optimalem Lagerumschlag
  • Erstellen und Pflegen von Rahmenverträgen
  • Anlage und Betreuung von Fremdfertigungs\- und Fertigungsaufträgen
  • Kontinuierliche Analyse und Optimierung der Beschaffungs\- und Dispositionsprozesse
  • Aufbereitung, Bewertung und Interpretation von Forecasts zur Bedarfsplanung
  • Prüfung, Kontierung und Freigabe von Lieferantenrechnungen
  • Zentrale Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Produktion, Logistik und weiteren internen Stakeholdern
  • Mitbetreuung der Lernenden im Bereich Einkauf

Sie bringen Folgendes mit und sind damit ein grosser Mehrwert für uns:

  • Abgeschlossene technische, logistische oder kaufmännische Grundausbildung
  • Weiterbildung als Einkaufsfachmann oder Technischer Kaufmann
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Disposition / operativen Beschaffung von Handels\- und Produktionsmaterialien
  • Stilsicheres Deutsch und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Effizienter Umgang mit MS Office Programmen
