Als Operator/Operatorin:

In unserer Alarm- und Einsatzzentrale in Zürich sind Sie täglich (24h/365 Tage) mit Spezialaufgaben beschäftigt.

Sie sind zuständig für:

  • Bearbeitung von Alarmmeldungen und Notrufen
  • Rapportierung der Ereignisse
  • Alarmverifikation und Perimeterschutz aus der Ferne
  • Videopatrouillendienst und Fernbegleitschutz
  • Ein- und Ausgangskontrolle aus der Ferne
  • Zusammenarbeit mit den Interventionseinheiten (Polizei/Feuerwehr/Sanität)
  • Telefonservice und Bearbeitung von Pikettaufträgen
  • Administrative Tätigkeiten

Qualifikationen ##

Dafür müssen Sie:

  • Eine grosse Teamfähigkeit besitzen
  • Verfügbar und flexibel sein, da es sich im einen Schichtbetrieb handelt (24h/365Tage)
  • Mit moderner Technologie vertraut sein
  • Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse besitzen
  • Die deutsche Sprache sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich perfekt beherrschen, sehr gute Kenntnisse in Englisch sowie Französisch und/oder Italienisch (mindestens Level B1) besitzen 
  • Über eine gültige Niederlassungsbewilligung sowie einen sauberen Leumund verfügen
