Bei Bavarian Nordic Berna, der Schweizer Tochtergesellschaft, arbeiten - neben der Produktion - Fachleute in der Qualitätssicherung, der Qualitätskontrolle, Supply Chain und in Regulatory Affairs. In der Schweizer Niederlassung in Thörishaus/Bern arbeiten 140 engagierte Fachleute vor Ort und global.

Bavarian Nordic sucht zur Verstärkung des Produktionsteams einen Operator Biological Manufacturing USP (w/m/d).

Das erwartet dich: - Herstellung von Impfstoff im Bereich Upstream Zellkultur und Pufferherstellung - Vorbereitung, Bedienung und Reinigung von Prozessanlagen (Bioreaktoren, Schüttel-Inkubatoren, Zentrifugen etc.) - Durchführen und Protokollierung von Produktionsaktivitäten, inkl. Linienfreigabe in der Impfstoffherstellung gemäss Richtlinien/SOPs und den Qualitätsrichtlinien nach cGMP - Arbeiten in einem Reinraum bis Klasse C - Dokumentation und Durchführung von Inprozesskontrollen sowie deren Auswertung - Reinigung, Verwaltung, Bewirtschaftung und Instandhaltung von Räumen, Einrichtungen und Ausrüstung - Unterstützung bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Prozessen und Dokumenten - Mithilfe bei der Materialbewirtschaftung in den Produktionsräumen

Das bringst du mit: - Abgeschlossene Berufslehre Lebensmittel- oder Pharmabereich oder einschlägige Berufserfahrung - Berufserfahrung in Reinräumen (Klasse D und C von Vorteil) gemäss GMP - Gute Kenntnisse im hygienischen Arbeiten (steriles Arbeiten unter cGMP von Vorteil) - Technisches Verständnis im Umgang mit Produktionsanlagen und -prozessen und Erfahrung in Single-Use-Technologien von Vorteil - Zuverlässiges, exaktes Arbeiten und Protokollieren selbstständig und im Team - Gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch in Wort und Schrift, Englisch von Vorteil - Gute PC-Kenntnisse insbesondere in Microsoft Office; Erfahrung mit SAP und LIMS von Vorteil - Bereitschaft zur Wochenendarbeit (keine Nachtschicht)
