Mansioni: - garantire la corretta e puntuale applicazione delle direttive interne e delle procedure relative alla Legge sul Riciclaggio di Denaro (LRD) e del piano di misure sociali per i giochi online; - effettuare contatti scritti e telefonici con i clienti; - controllare le operazioni registrate, utilizzare i sistemi informatici interni e verificare che tutto sia effettuato in conformità alle direttive interne; - effettuare il monitoraggio e la valutazione dei giocatori considerati a rischio; - scrivere i rapporti interni; - segnalare i comportamenti sospetti o non conformi; - fornire la propria assistenza a svolgere attività e compiti di supporto su richiesta dei superiori.

Requisiti: - conoscenza fluente della lingua tedesca e italiana, parlata e scritta; - buona capacità di colloquiare telefonicamente in lingua tedesca; - predisposizione al pensiero analitico e riflessivo; - padronanza nell'utilizzo del pacchetto Microsoft Office (in particolare Excel); - attitudine alla confidenzialità, alla flessibilità e alla precisione; - predisposizione ai contatti interpersonali, alla comunicazione e al lavoro in team;

Requisiti preferenziali: - conoscenza della lingua francese. - esperienza di Customer Service e/o predisposizione al contatto e alla gestione professionale delle richieste;
