ORDONNANCEUR H\-F\-D \- 100%

VOS RESPONSABILITÉS

Vous assurez le bon fonctionnement du flux logistique interne et assurez les tâches nécessaires à la distribution de nos produits.

  • Editer les ordres de fabrication selon le plan de production à l’aide du calcul des besoins issus de l’ERP
  • Assurer dans les ateliers le suivi des OFs et des livraisons
  • Gérer l’arbitrage des priorités en cas de surcharge dans certains secteurs
  • S’assurer de la disponibilité des composants achetés ou sous\-traités et effectuer les relances auprès des départements concernés
  • S’assurer de la justesse des données de production et de leur mise à jour
  • Identifier et analyser les éventuels manquements ou écarts
  • Gérer les changements en cours de fabrication
  • Proposer et analyser les KPI pertinents pour le pilotage de l’activité, notamment les indicateurs de performance des ateliers
  • Proposer et mettre en œuvre des actions d’amélioration

VOTRE PROFIL

  • CFC de logisticien\-ne, ou formation équivalente
  • Pratique opérationnelle d’un ERP
  • Expérience en ordonnancement , idéalement dans l’horlogerie ou un secteur industriel de précision
  • Rigueur, capacité d’analyse et sens des priorités
  • Aisance dans la communication et esprit d’équipe
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément et à s’adapter aux changements
  • Langue française
