Organisationsassistenz (Direktionsassistenz) ============================================

80 \- 100 %In dieser vielseitigen Funktion unterstützen Sie den Departementsleiter in sämtlichen administrativen, organisatorischen und koordinativen Assistenzaufgaben und sorgen für einen reibungslosen Ablauf. Dabei übernehmen Sie die Terminkoordination sowie die Vorbereitung und Organisation von Sitzungen und Anlässen. Sie führen das Pendenzen\- und Auftragscontrolling der Departementsleitung. Sie unterstützen bei Korrespondenz\- und Dokumentationsaufgaben und unterstützen den Departementsleiter bei Projekten, der Aufbereitung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen und der Analyse von Finanzkennzahlen. Zudem stehen Sie den Führungskräften, Mitarbeitenden und Partnern der vier im Departement angesiedelten Institute als zentrale Kontaktstelle zur Verfügung. Als Teil des Administrationsteams übernehmen Sie in Abstimmung mit der Leitung Administration weitere Aufgaben zur Unterstützung des Studienbetriebs.

Ihr Profil

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung
  • Weiterbildung als Direktionsassistenz mit eidg. Fachausweis (von Vorteil)
  • Offene und kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit einem ausgeprägten Dienstleistungsverständnis und Zahlenflair
  • Erfahrung in der Protokollierung, Terminkoordination und Organisation sowie Freude an vielseitigen organisatorischen Aufgaben
  • Rasche Auffassungsgabe und Fähigkeit, komplexe Zusammenhänge zu erfassen und strukturiert aufzuarbeiten
  • Sehr gute Deutsch\- und MS\-Office\-Applikations\-Kenntnisse
  • Bereitschaft für Einsätze an gelegentlichen Events ausserhalb der üblichen Geschäftszeiten
