OUTILLEUR/POLYMÉCANICIEN/NE, sur site

  • Montage et démontage d'outils de moulage par injection
  • Analyser les outils de moulage par injection et décider de manière autonome des actions à entreprendre
  • Effectuer des travaux d'entretien sur les outils de moulage par injection (nettoyage, réparation et correction)
  • Fabrication de pièces de rechange et d'usure pour les outils de moulage par injection
  • Fabrication d'éléments de moule et de composants individuels pour outils existants ou neufs
  • Traitement des modifications techniques
  • Réalisation de travaux principalement dans la plage du millième
  • Participation technique spécialisée à divers projets autour des optimisations et innovations
  • Exécution de travaux conventionnels (perçage, fraisage, tournage, rectification plane & soudage laser)
  • Communiquer et respecter les délais
  • Assurer la qualité et la quantité des pièces lors de l'exécution des tâches
  • Décider de manière autonome si un outil est apte à la production et en assumer la responsabilité
  • Signaler les écarts et irrégularités au supérieur hiérarchique
  • Formation achevée d'outilleur CFC ou de polymécanicien CFC
  • Plusieurs années d'expérience professionnelle dans la construction de moules, une expérience dans le domaine des plastiques est un avantage
  • Capacité de décision et d'action
