Responsable Technique Outsystems #

Tâches

  • Responsabilité de la plateforme Outsystems, de la planification au développement continu jusqu-à l-exploitation stable
  • Assurer la qualité requise par la gestion du CI/CD et des déploiements, des mises en production, des revues de code et d-architecture, du refactoring, du monitoring, des tests, des analyses de performance, de la correction de bugs ainsi que de la documentation des applications et interfaces
  • Planification et développement d-applications métier en étroite collaboration avec les architectes de solutions, les architectes d-entreprise et les développeurs, y compris la préparation des user stories, la maintenance des templates réutilisables et la participation active au développement logiciel
  • Direction technique des développeurs internes et externes, y compris la sélection et la formation, complétée par la planification des sprints et des ressources, la réalisation des démonstrations de sprint et la responsabilité des estimations de coûts

Exigences

  • Diplôme achevé dans le domaine commercial ou en informatique de gestion
  • Longue expérience dans le développement d-applications d-entreprise avec Outsystems ainsi qu-une expérience avérée en gestion de développement avec une mentalité pratique
  • Expérience dans le développement et la mise en œuvre d-intégrations avec des applications d-entreprise, de préférence SAP, ainsi que dans la traduction des exigences métier en solutions techniques évolutives
  • Connaissances approfondies en gestion technique de projet, coordination du développement, architecture logicielle, API, intégrations, ALM ainsi qu-en méthodes agiles, CI/CD, déploiement et gestion des versions
  • Personnalité structurée, orientée vers l-action et communicative avec une grande initiative personnelle, bonnes connaissances en allemand et en anglais ; une expérience dans le commerce de détail ou omnicanal est un avantage
