Description du poste

Vous serez responsable de la bonne exécution des chantiers ainsi que de la gestion opérationnelle de votre équipe.

Vos principales missions :

  • Superviser et encadrer une équipe (organisation du travail, suivi des performances)
  • Réaliser des travaux de préparation des supports (ponçage, grenaillage, réparation, démolition)
  • Appliquer différents systèmes de résine et époxy dans le respect des normes techniques
  • Assurer la qualité des réalisations, le respect des délais et des règles de sécurité
  • Gérer le matériel et les approvisionnements sur chantier
  • Être l’interlocuteur principal du client sur site

Profil recherché

  • Expérience confirmée dans les revêtements de sols en résine / époxy
  • Expérience en gestion d’équipe indispensable
  • Expérience en travaux de démolition et de préparation de supports
  • Une expérience en chape constitue un réel atout
  • Autonomie, sens des responsabilités et leadership
  • Rigueur, précision et souci du travail bien fait
  • Bonne condition physique
  • Permis de conduire obligatoire
  • Maîtrise du français (oral et écrit)
