Fachpersonal (Miterzieherin, Gruppenleitung etc.) Arbeitspensum 60% Stellenantritt Oktober 2026 Stellenbeschrieb Kita Sternen, Meilen sucht per Oktober 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung Pädagogische Fachperson 60 % (mind. 5 Wochen Ferien) Dienstag, Donnerstag und Freitag   Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachperson Betreuung EFZ oder eine gleichwertige pädagogische Ausbildung. Du bringst Erfahrung im Kitaalltag mit, idealerweise in der Betreuung von Babys und Kleinkindern, und gehst feinfühlig auf ihre Signale ein. Du bringst Erfahrung in der Betreuung einer Kindergruppe mit und übernimmst gemeinsam mit dem Team verantwortungsvoll die Gestaltung einer sicheren und geborgenen Umgebung für alle Kinder. gemeinsam mit dem Fachteam arbeitest du wertschätzend, verbindlich und auf Augenhöhe. Du pflegst eine vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit mit den Eltern und schätzt einen offenen Austausch im Team. Du bringst eigene Ideen ein und gestaltest einen Kitaalltag, der zum Spielen, Entdecken und Ausprobieren einlädt.   Unsere Kita Sternen liegt direkt am schönen Zürichsee in Meilen und gehört zum Verein FEE. Seit über 25 Jahren begleiten wir Kinder in zwei Gruppen mit Herz und Fachkompetenz.
