Wir sind eine bilinguale (D/F) Kita und wir betreuen 24 Kinder in zwei altersgemischten Gruppen im Alter von drei Monaten bis zum Kindergarteneintritt. Mehr Informationen findest du auf unserer Webseite Kita.   Deine Tätigkeiten In unserem familiären Team begleitest und unterstützt du gemeinsam mit einer Gruppenleiterin die Kinder in ihrem Alltag bedürfnisorientiert und vermittelst ihnen Sicherheit sowie Geborgenheit. Du setzt das pädagogische Konzept von profawo um und bringst eigene Ideen ein.   Dein Profil Als pädagogische Fachperson (FaBeK EFZ oder vergleichbare Ausbildung) interessierst du dich für pädagogische Zusammenhänge und arbeitest gerne im Team. Idealerweise hast du einen Abschluss als Berufsbildner:in und vorzugsweise Erfahrung mit der Ausbildung von Lernenden. Zuverlässigkeit, Einsatzbereitschaft und eine humorvolle Art zeichnen dich aus Du entwickelst gerne eigene Ideen oder Projekte und setzt diese im Alltag um.   Unser Angebot Wir pflegen flache Hierarchien, fördern eine hohe Mitwirkung und bieten viel Freiraum bei der Gestaltung des Kita-Alltags.
