Fachpersonal (Miterzieherin, Gruppenleitung etc.) Arbeitspensum 60% - 100%, variabel Stellenantritt per sofort Stellenbeschrieb Für unseren Standort in Wabern suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine Pädagogische Fachperson mit Herz und Erfahrung (60%-100%) In unseren Kitas und Tagesstrukturen bieten wir Kindern ab drei Monaten bis ins Schulalter ein Umfeld, in welchem sie kompetent betreut den Tag verbringen und sich bei viel Bewegung, gesundem Essen und auf Entdeckungsreisen in Wald und Natur entfalten können. Dabei orientieren wir uns an modernen pädagogischen Konzepten: Mit der offenen Kita-Arbeit unterstützen wir die Kinder auf ihrem Weg in die Selbständigkeit, indem wir sie im Alltag aktiv partizipieren und mitgestalten lassen.   Dein zukünftiger Arbeitsbereich: Gemeinsam mit deinen Teamkolleg*innen gestaltest du einen abwechslungsreichen Kitaalltag. Dieser soll die Kinder einladen, zu erforschen, zu erfahren und sich zu entfalten. Zusammen kocht ihr am Lagerfeuer, macht Wettrennen oder baut den Turm von Pisa noch etwas schiefer. Dabei nimmst du eine kinderzentrierte Haltung ein. Die Übernahme und Mitgestaltung von Verantwortungsbereichen sowie die Weiterentwicklung der pädagogischen Themenbereiche sind für dich motivierende Aspekte für den Berufsalltag.
