Über uns: Unsere Kita Wolkenschloss liegt in der Nähe des Rotsees in Luzern und bietet Kindern vom Säuglingsalter bis zum Kindergarteneintritt ein liebevolles Umfeld, in dem sie spielen, lernen und wachsen dürfen. Mit viel Herz, Freude und Engagement begleiten wir die Kinder in ihrem Alltag - individuell, respektvoll und mit pädagogischer Kompetenz. 

Zur Ergänzung unseres Teams suchen wir eine engagierte pädagogische Fachperson mit einem anerkannten Tertiärabschluss im Sozialbereich .

Dein Profil: 

  • Anerkannter Abschluss auf Tertiärstufe (HF/FH) im sozialen oder pädagogischen Bereich, z.B. in Sozialpädagogik, Sozialer Arbeit, Kindheitspädagogik oder ein vergleichbarer anerkannter Abschluss
  • Du hast Spass daran, die pädagogische Arbeit fachlich weiterzuentwickeln und dein Know-how einzubringen
  • Du bringst Leidenschaft und Engagement für die Arbeit mit Kindern und deren individuelle Förderung mit
  • Du bist verantwortungsbewusst, zuverlässig und arbeitest gerne im Team

Deine Aufgaben: 

  • Du bist zuständig für die fachliche Weiterentwicklung der Kita in Absprache mit der Kita-Leitung
  • Du bringst dein Fachwissen in die pädagogische Planung, Konzeptarbeit und Reflexion ein
  • Du begleitest und unterstützt Mitarbeitende, Lernende und Praktikant:innen in ihrer Entwicklung
  • Du wirkst bei Elterngesprächen, Standortgesprächen und pädagogischen Sitzungen mit 

Das Pensum wird in Absprache mit dir auf die unmittelbare und mittelbare pädagogische Arbeit aufgeteilt. Alles Weitere klären wir gerne in einem persönlichen Gespräch.
