Januar 2027 Stellenbeschrieb Thalwil ist eine attraktive Gemeinde am Zürichsee mit über 18'400 Einwohnerinnen und Einwohnern. Für das Dienstleistungszentrum (DLZ) Bildung suchen wir für den Bereich Schulergänzende Betreuung (SeB) in unserem Betreuungsstandort in Gattikon per 1. Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine Pädagogische Fachperson Schulergänzende Betreuung 75 % Deine Aufgaben: Führung und adäquates Begleiten der Schülerinnen und Schüler nach pädagogischem Konzept der offenen Arbeit  Partizipatives Planen, Gestalten und Durchführen eines attraktiven, abwechslungsreichen Tages- und Freizeitprogramms Gestalten der Funktionsräume, angepasst an die Interessen und Bedürfnisse der Kindergruppe  Fördern der individuellen und ganzheitlichen Entwicklung der Schülerinnen und Schüler Organisieren, Mitgestalten und Durchführen von Elternanlässen Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit Unterricht, Schulsozialarbeit, Eltern, internen und externen Fachstellen Projektarbeiten sowie organisatorische und administrative Aufgaben Führen und Begleiten der zugeteilten Mitarbeitenden Vorbereitung und Leitung von Sitzungen Zusammenarbeit mit den Standortleitungen sowie Leitungen Betreuung weiterer Schul- und Betreuungseinheiten   Dein Profil Pädagogische Ausbildung, anerkannt durch die Bildungsdirektion Zürich (z.-B. FaBe K, HF Sozialpädagogik, HF Kindheitspädagogik) Erfahrung in familien- oder schulergänzender Betreuung von Vorteil Einsatz für die bestmögliche Entwicklung und das Wohlergehen der Kinder Verantwortungsbewusst, initiativ, selbständig und zuverlässig Begeisterung für die Arbeit mit Kindergarten- und Primarschulkindern Geduldig, empathisch und wertschätzend im Umgang mit Kindern Vernetztes Denken und organisatorisches Geschick Hohe Selbstreflexion, Loyalität und Teamfähigkeit Belastbar, flexibel und engagiert für den Betrieb und dessen Weiterentwicklung   Deine Chance Die Gemeinde Thalwil bietet dir eine abwechslungsreiche und verantwortungsvolle Aufgabe mit entsprechenden Kompetenzen und vielen Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten in einem kooperativen Team sowie fortschrittliche Anstellungsbedingungen.
