Packaging Development Specialist (100%, 1 Jahr befristet) Bei Früh Verpackungstechnik entwickeln wir komplexe und massgeschneiderte Verpackungslösungen, die weltweit in der Medizintechnik\- und Pharmaindustrie eingesetzt werden. Von der Konzeption über Validierung und Qualifizierung bis hin zur Planung, Produktion und Auslieferung erfüllen wir höchste Anforderungen – für die Sicherheit und Qualität der Produkte, die wir verpacken. Gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden schaffen wir dabei immer wieder neue Möglichkeiten, den Schutz medizinischer, pharmazeutischer und anderer hochwertiger Produkte weiter zu optimieren. Wir suchen zur Verstärkung unseres Engineering Teams in Fehraltorf befristet auf 1 Jahr eine/n: Packaging Development Specialist (100%, 1 Jahr befristet) Ihre Tätigkeit bei uns: Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung von Verpackungslösungen von der Offert\-Phase bis zur Übergabe in die Serienproduktion Selbständige Leitung von Subprojekten und Produktionsversuchen Umsetzung von projektbasierten Implementierungsaufgaben in den jeweiligen Softwares und in enger Abstimmung mit internen und externen Schnittstellen Einarbeitung in Packmittelvalidierungen sowie Operations\- oder Performance\-Qualifizierungen der Früh\-Herstellprozesse (u.a. Drucken, Kaschieren, Rollenschneiden, Siegeln, Beutel\-Herstellung) Das bringen Sie mit: Technische oder wissenschaftliche Ausbildung (z. B. Maschinenbau, Materialwissenschaften, Kunststoff\-, Verpackungs\- oder Verfahrenstechnik) Strukturierte, selbstständige und exakte Arbeitsweise mit einer hohen Zahlenaffinität Professioneller Umgang mit MS Office, Copilot, ERP\- und Dokumentationssystemen Interesse an der Arbeit im regulierten Umfeld und an der Einarbeitung in die verschiedenen Industrieanforderungen mit Verständnis für technische Dokumentationen Vorzugsweise Kenntnisse relevanter Vorschriften, Normen und regulatorischer Anforderungen unserer Produktmärkte (z. B. MDR, FDA, ISO 13485, ISO 11607, Ph.
