* Formazione commerciale con formazione supplementare o diploma di scuola universitaria professionale in ambito giuridico (diploma federale di giurista d'impresa SUP, CAS Paralegal, DAS Paralegalism) oppure formazione complementare e conoscenze specifiche in ambito giuridico (maturità professionale commerciale) * Formazione continua come specialista in appalti pubblici (attestato professionale federale di specialista in appalti pubblici) costituisce un vantaggio * Esperienza professionale come paralegale o presso uno studio legale, un ministero pubblico o un tribunale * Personalità aperta, comunicativa e motivata, dotata di spirito d'iniziativa e della necessaria assertività * Buone conoscenze dei processi amministrativi e parlamentari * Conoscenze attive di una seconda lingua ufficiale
