Parteisekretär:in Politische Gremien & Kommunikation (geteilte Sekretariatsleitung), 80 %

Das Parteisekretariat ist die Schaltzentrale der Sozialdemokratischen Partei Basel-Stadt. Es ist für die Planung und Koordination der politischen Aktivitäten in Zusammenarbeit mit den verschiedenen Gremien sowie für die administrative Leitung der Partei zuständig. Die Leitung des Sekretariats liegt bei drei Personen in geteilter Co-Leitung. Für die Nachfolge im Bereich Politische Gremien & Kommunikation suchen wir nach Vereinbarung eine:n Parteisekretär:in.

Als Parteisekretär:in Politische Gremien & Kommunikation verantwortest du folgende Bereiche:

  • Planung und Organisation der politischen Gremien (Geschäftsleitung, Parteivorstand und Delegiertenversammlungen)
  • Sekretariat der Grossratsfraktion
  • Kommunikation der Partei auf unterschiedlichen Kanälen (Social Media, Medienmitteilungen)
  • Konzeption, Planung, Leitung und Umsetzung von Wahlkämpfen, Abstimmungskampagnen sowie Unterschriftensammlungen
  • Koordination zwischen Parteipräsidium und Sekretariat sowie weiteren Gremien

Die verantwortungsvolle und abwechslungsreiche Rolle beinhaltet viel Koordination, Planung und Umsetzung im Hintergrund - Aufgaben, die das demokratische Funktionieren der Partei überhaupt erst ermöglichen. Dafür bringst du folgendes mit:

  • Du hast politische Erfahrung oder Interesse an Politik sowie ausgewiesene Kompetenzen im Bereich Kampagnenarbeit oder Kommunikation und Events.
  • Du liebst ein dynamisches Umfeld, planst vorausschauend für dich und für andere und denkst verknüpft.
  • Mit digitalen Tools für Projektmanagement und Kommunikation kennst du dich aus, in neue Anwendungen arbeitest du dich gerne und schnell ein.
  • Du denkst kreativ, hast eigene Ideen und Lust, Prozesse, Formate und Kommunikation der Partei aktiv mitzugestalten und weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Du hast Lust, im Dreierteam die gemeinsame Verantwortung für die Führung und Organisation des politischen Sekretariats zu tragen und gemeinsam Formen der täglich synchronisierten Zusammenarbeit zu pflegen, die auch in hektischen Zeiten funktionieren. Aufgaben deiner Teamkolleg:innen zu übernehmen, ist für dich ebenso selbstverständlich, wie etwas abzugeben.
  • Du weisst, wie du in einem von Unerwartetem, Abendsitzungen und gelegentlichen Wochenendeinsätzen geprägten Arbeitsalltag für Fokus und persönliche Erholung sorgst.
  • Du bringst Sensibilität für Vielfalt und Inklusion mit und identifizierst dich mit der SP und ihren Werten.

Die Bewerbungsgespräche sind für die folgenden Zeitfenster geplant: 1. Runde: 19. Oktober (nachmittags), 2. Runde: 26. Oktober (nachmittags). Die Wahl durch den Parteivorstand erfolgt am 29. Oktober (abends).
