Principalement active dans le domaine de l’hôtellerie, l’entreprise est désormais ouverte à tous les secteurs d’activités. Rejoins notre équipe de plus de 300 collaborateurs et deviens notre :

Ce qui rend la mission particulièrement intéressante et stimulante :

  • Partenaire RH de proximité, tu es la personne de référence pour les questions RH d’une population d’environ 80 collaborateurs et collaboratrices répartis dans plusieurs services entre Berne et Montreux
  • Tu accompagnes, conseilles et soutiens les responsables d'équipe dans leurs réflexions et actions RH afin de répondre aux besoins de l'organisation et de favoriser le développement des équipes
  • Tu mènes à bien les différents processus de recrutement dans ton périmètre allant de l'identificaiton du besoin jusqu'à l'intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs
  • En étroite collaboration avec tes collègues RH, tu contribues à l'amélioration continue de nos processus, dans un soucis de qualité et d'orientation client
  • Tu participes activement aux projets de l'équipe RH afin de continuer à faire évoluer notre fonction et la stratégie RH au sein de HOTELA.

Ce que tu apportes à HOTELA:

  • Au bénéfice de plusieurs années d'expérience dans un poste similaire, tu es titulaire du brevet fédéral de spécialiste RH ou d'une formation jugée équivalente.
  • Tu maîtrises parfaitement le français et l'allemand ou le suisse allemand, te permettant d'évoluer aisément dans un environnement bilingue
  • Doté·e d'un fort esprit collaboratif, tu es reconnu.e pour la qualité de ta communication et ton sens de l'écoute, contribuant à créer des relations de confiance et une dynamique de travail positive
  • Personne de confiance, autonome et organisée, tu te distingues par ta capacité à gérer les priorité, ton pragmatisme et ton sens des responsabilités.
