Für unseren Standort im Herzen von Zürich mit rund 100 Mitarbeitenden suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte, dienstleistungsorientierte und organisationsstarke Persönlichkeit zur Verstärkung unseres Teams als Partner Assistant Legal 100% Ihre Aufgaben In dieser vielseitigen Funktion unterstützen Sie gemeinsam mit weiteren Assistentinnen und Assistenten unsere Partner sowie deren Teams im anspruchsvollen Kanzleialltag. Dabei übernehmen Sie unter anderem folgende Aufgaben: Selbstständige Organisation und Führung des Partnersekretariats Erstellung, Bearbeitung und Formatierung von juristischen Dokumenten sowie Korrespondenz in Deutsch und Englisch (meist ab Diktat) Kommunikation mit Klientinnen und Klienten, Behörden, Gerichten und externen Partnern Verwaltung und Pflege von Klientendossiers Planung und Koordination von Terminen, Meetings und Geschäftsreisen Unterstützung bei der Rechnungsstellung und im Mahnwesen Erstellung von Präsentationen sowie organisatorische Unterstützung bei Veranstaltungen und Sitzungen Ihr Profil Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Assistenzfunktion, idealerweise im juristischen oder professionellen Dienstleistungsumfeld Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Stilsicheres Deutsch sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Sehr gute Kenntnisse der Microsoft\-Office\-Anwendungen Strukturierte, exakte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise Hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Diskretion Positive, teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit einer raschen Auffassungsgabe und der Fähigkeit, auch in hektischen Situationen den Überblick zu behalten Darauf können Sie sich freuen Eine abwechslungsreiche und verantwortungsvolle Tätigkeit in einer führenden Wirtschaftskanzlei Ein professionelles und wertschätzendes Arbeitsumfeld mit kurzen Entscheidungswegen Moderne Büroräumlichkeiten an zentraler Lage in Zürich Ein kollegiales Team mit gelebtem Teamgeist Regelmässige Team\- und Kanzleianlässe, jährliches Skiweekend sowie wöchentliches Bootcamp Attraktive Anstellungsbedingungen und Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten Interessiert?
