Nous vivons notre église en ville, dans les quartiers et dans les postes extérieurs. Environ 25 collaborateurs, une équipe pastorale de sept personnes, un conseil d'église motivé et des bénévoles engagés se réjouissent de vous accueillir. Nous prenons en compte les bouleversements sociaux, expérimentons ensemble de nouvelles voies et entretenons ce qui est éprouvé.  

Pour compléter notre équipe pastorale, nous recherchons 

un pasteur dynamique :  ##

  • Vous faites le lien entre notre tradition chrétienne et les modes de vie actuels.
  • Vous organisez les diverses tâches fondamentales d-un ministère paroissial.
  • Vous êtes ouvert à expérimenter différentes formes de spiritualité et de communauté.
  • Vous avez la possibilité, si vous le souhaitez, de diriger une classe de catéchisme.
  • Vous initiez et prenez en charge de nouveaux projets axés sur la rencontre et la relation.
  • Vous gérez des tâches dans le domaine du maintien des contacts et du réseautage.
  • Vous apportez une attitude d-église nationale et êtes éligible dans le concordat.

En vue d-une composition équilibrée de notre équipe, nous souhaitons, si possible, un collègue masculin.

Nous sommes une paroisse urbaine et familiale offrant un environnement de travail varié avec un soutien administratif et collégial. Une résidence à Uster serait souhaitable.
