Payroll and HR Support 50% (a) ----------------------------------

Ihr Aufgabenbereich

  • Durchführung der monatliche Lohnverarbeitung
  • Abwicklung der Sozialversicherungen
  • Unterstützung beim Rekrutieren
  • Betreuung des On\- und Offoarding Prozesses
  • Pflege und Kontrolle von Zeiterfassungs\- und Absenzdaten
  • Organisatorische Unterstützung

Ihr Profil/Ihre Erfahrung

  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in der Lohnverarbeitung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Payroll\-Systemen, idealerweise Abacus
  • Selbständige, exakte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Stilsichere Ausdrucksweise in Deutsch sowie sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Englischkenntnisse
