Deine Aufgaben --------------

  • Monatliche Lohnläufe mit deiner Payroll\-Kollegin
  • Pflege und Mutationen von \- und Lohndaten in Microsoft D365 und Personio
  • Jahresendarbeiten inkl. Lohnausweise und Quellensteuerabrechnungen
  • Ansprechpartner:in für Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte bei arbeitsrechtlichen Fragen
  • Unterstützung bei administrativen HR\-Themen
  • Unterstützung bei HR\-Projekten

Das bringst du mit ------------------

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung im HR (HR\-Fachausweis oderPayroll\-Spezialist:invon Vorteil)
  • Mindestens 3\-5 Jahre Erfahrung in Payroll oder HR\-Generalist:innen\-Rollein der Schweiz
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeits\-, Sozialversicherungs\- und Steuerrecht
  • Sehr gute MS\-Office\-Kenntnisse; Erfahrung mit Microsoft D365 von Vorteil
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamplayer mit positiver, offener Ausstrahlung, die unsere Unternehmenskultur bereichert
