Payroll \& HR Operations Manager 80\-100% (Ref. 2809\) Stadt Zug In dieser vielseitigen Position übernehmen Sie die Gesamtverantwortung für die Payroll\- und HR\-Administration im Bereich Personalverleih. Sie arbeiten eng mit internen Stakeholdern, externen Dienstleistern, Kunden und Behörden zusammen und treiben gleichzeitig die Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen, Systemen und Dienstleistungen aktiv voran. Neben dem operativen Tagesgeschäft leisten Sie einen wichtigen Beitrag zur strategischen Weiterentwicklung des Geschäftsbereichs. Ihre Hauptaufgaben Gesamtverantwortung für die Payroll\- und HR\-Administration der Mitarbeitenden im Personalverleih von Eintritt bis Austritt. Sicherstellung einer rechtskonformen und effizienten Abwicklung sämtlicher Personalprozesse inklusive Sozialversicherungen, Quellensteuer, Bewilligungen sowie Unfall\- und Krankheitsmeldungen. Verantwortung für die termingerechte Vorbereitung der monatlichen Lohnläufe sowie Kontrolle der Lohnverarbeitung durch externe Payroll\-Dienstleister. Überwachung von Zeit\- und Absenzenmanagement, Spesenabrechnungen sowie Kundenfakturierung. Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Payroll\- und HR\-Prozessen sowie Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Compliance\- und Branchenanforderungen. Leitung von Systemeinführungen, Digitalisierungsprojekten, Automatisierungen und Prozessverbesserungsinitiativen. Beratung von Kunden und Unterstützung bei Vertragsmanagement, Verhandlungen sowie der Weiterentwicklung von Payroll\- und HR\-Dienstleistungen. Ihr Profil Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Payroll und HR Operations innerhalb des Personalverleihs. Fundierte Kenntnisse des GAV Personalverleih, des Arbeitsrechts sowie relevanter Compliance\-Anforderungen. Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Sozialversicherungen, Quellensteuer sowie Krankentaggeld\- und Unfallversicherungen. Ausgeprägte Excel\-Kenntnisse; Erfahrung mit HR\-, ERP\- oder Payroll\-Systemen (Abacus) von Vorteil. Erfahrung in Prozessoptimierung, Digitalisierung oder Systemmigrationen. Unternehmerisches Denken, hohe Zahlenaffinität sowie ausgeprägtes Interesse an IT\- und Systemlösungen. Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
