Payroll Specialist (h/f) 100% Présent en Suisse romande et en Suisse alémanique, le Centre Patronal est une entreprise au service des entreprises et de l’économie privée, proposant notamment des prestations dans les domaines des assurances sociales, de la prévoyance professionnelle, du conseil juridique et économique ainsi que de la formation. Dans le cadre du développement de ses activités, le Centre Patronal a intégré Trianon SA, société dans le domaine de la gestion des ressources humaines et des caisses de pension. Pour renforcer notre équipe Payroll chez Trianon basée à Nyon (VD), et qui sera amenée à rejoindre le site de Paudex début 2027, nous recherchons un(e) Payroll Specialist (h/f) 100%. Missions Saisir et analyser les mutations salariales et administratives dans le logiciel de gestion des salaires Traiter les différentes interfaces et assurer la qualité des données salariales Calculer et contrôler les salaires, ainsi que générer les fichiers XML et les écritures comptables Établir périodiquement les décomptes AVS, d’impôt à la source, d’allocations familiales, d’assurances accidents et maladie ainsi que les certificats fiscaux annuels Configurations de l’outil de gestion (Rubriques de salaires, méthodes de calculs, paramètres des taux, centre de coûts, etc..) Assurer les échanges et le suivi avec les différentes assurances et institutions sociales Collaborer régulièrement avec les départements des Ressources Humaines de nos clients et les conseiller sur les questions liées aux salaires Répondre aux demandes des clients avec professionnalisme, en français et en anglais Participer activement au bon fonctionnement de l’équipe et contribuer à la qualité du service fourni à nos clients Votre profil CFC d’employé(e) de commerce, maturité commerciale, diplôme HEG ou formation jugée équivalente Minimum 5 ans d’expérience en gestion de la paie, idéalement dans un contexte international ou multinational Expérience dans la gestion d’expatriés est un plus Très bonne maîtrise de l’anglais (B2 min.), allemand un atout Bonne connaissance des outils Microsoft Office, notamment Excel Excellentes capacités d’organisation, de communication et d’analyse Résistance au stress et sens aigu des responsabilités Esprit proactif, orientation client et goût pour le travail en équipe Nous offrons Un cadre de travail exceptionnel Des infrastructures à disposition des collaborateurs (restaurant d’entreprise, parking, vestiaires, etc.) Des avantages sociaux intéressants Des horaires flexibles, du télétravail ainsi que des possibilités de formation continue Tout ceci dans un environnement professionnel motivant et varié Pour tout complément d’information, veuillez prendre contact avec Mme Bucher Julie au .
