Das Servicezentrum umfasst die Abteilungen Finanzen, Human Resources und Informatik sowie den Immobilien- und Liegenschaftsdienst. Die Abteilung Human Resources ist verantwortlich für die strategische Planung, Rekrutierung, Entwicklung und Betreuung der Mitarbeitenden des SRK Kanton Bern.

Zur Verstärkung unseres HR-Teams suchen wir eine erfahrene und kompetente Persönlichkeit als:

Payroll Spezialist:in, 80–100%

Ihre Aufgaben:

-Sie übernehmen die Verantwortung für die termingerechte und korrekte Lohnverarbeitung des SRK Kanton Bern inklusive Spesenauszahlungen. -Sie sind die zentrale Ansprechperson für Mitarbeitende und Vorgesetzte bei allen Fragen zu Lohn, Sozialversicherungen, Quellensteuer und Zeiterfassung. -Sie steuern die gesamte Abwicklung der Sozialversicherungen und sind die kompetente Ansprechperson für interne und externe Stellen. -Sie erstellen die jährlichen Lohnabschlüsse und sorgen für eine einwandfreie Abwicklung von Lohnausweisen, AHV- und Pensionskassenabrechnungen sowie Kontoabstimmungen. -Sie entwickeln unser Lohnsystem kontinuierlich weiter, setzen jährliche Lohnanpassungen um und bringen Optimierungsideen aktiv ein. -Sie berechnen Lohnangebote für zukünftige Mitarbeitende und leisten damit einen wichtigen Beitrag zu unseren Rekrutierungsprozessen. -Sie engagieren sich in bereichsübergreifenden Projekten und gestalten die Weiterentwicklung unserer Organisation aktiv mit.

Ihr Profil:

-Sie verfügen über eine kaufmännische Grundausbildung oder eine gleichwertige Ausbildung sowie eine abgeschlossene Weiterbildung als Payroll Spezialist:in, Sozialversicherungsfachfrau/-fachmann oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation. -Sie bringen mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Lohnverarbeitung sowie fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Sozialversicherungen mit. -Sie arbeiten selbständig, strukturiert und präzise und überzeugen durch Ihre hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung. -Sie bringen idealerweise Erfahrung im Umgang mit Infoniqa sowie mit einem Zeiterfassungssystem, vorzugsweise TimeTool, mit. -Sie kommunizieren stilsicher in Deutsch (Muttersprachniveau), sehr gute Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
