In dieser vielseitigen Position übernehmen Sie die Lohnverarbeitung für mehrere Gesellschaften, pflegen und aktualisieren die Personalstammdaten, erstellen Sozialversicherungsabrechnungen und tragen wesentlich zur effizienten und reibungslosen Abwicklung aller Payroll-Prozesse bei.

Ihre Aufgabe ##

  • Selbstständige Durchführung der monatlichen Lohnabrechnungen für nationale und internationale Standorte
  • Pflege der Personal- und Gehaltsdaten sowie Bearbeitung von Mutationen
  • Ansprechpartner/in für Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte zu Fragen rund um Lohn, Sozialversicherungen und Steuern
  • Betreuung von Sozialversicherungsthemen und Abwicklung von Unfall- sowie Krankheitsmeldungen
  • Mitwirkung an internen Projekten zur Prozessoptimierung und Automatisierung im HR- und Payroll-Bereich
  • Zusammenarbeit mit externen Treuhändern, Prüfungsgesellschaften und Sozialversicherungen

Ihr Profil ##

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Bereich Payroll, HR-Administration oder Sozialversicherungen
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Lohnbuchhaltung, vorzugsweise in einem international tätigen Unternehmen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Sozialversicherungs- und Steuerrecht sowie in HR-Prozessen
  • Fundierte Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Lohn- und HR-Systemen, idealerweise SAP
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz
