Ihre Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Die monatliche Lohnverarbeitung für verschiedene Kundenmandate liegt in Ihrer Verantwortung, wobei Sie fixe und variable Lohnbestandteile sowie besondere Abwesenheiten zuverlässig berücksichtigen
  • Sie betreuen die Personaladministration Ihrer Mandate von Ein- und Austritten über Vertragsunterlagen bis hin zu Mutationen und einer sorgfältigen Pflege der relevanten Personaldaten
  • Rund um Sozialversicherungen, Spesen und Ferienansprüche bearbeiten Sie administrative Fragestellungen und stellen eine korrekte sowie termingerechte Abwicklung für die betreuten Kund:innen sicher
  • Je nach Pensum können Sie zusätzliche Mandate im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen übernehmen, bei Reportings und Abschlüssen mitwirken sowie das HR-Team fachlich unterstützen

Sie bieten Ihrem neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundbildung bildet Ihre fachliche Basis und wird durch praktische Erfahrung in der Lohnadministration und Betreuung unterschiedlicher Payroll-Prozesse ergänzt
  • Eine Weiterbildung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen oder im Bereich Payroll bringt Ihnen wertvolles Fachwissen, wobei fundierte Buchhaltungserfahrung für diese Funktion einen Pluspunkt darstellt.
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office und Sicherheit im Umgang mit gängigen HR- und Payroll-Systemen runden Ihr fachliches Profil ab
  • Ihre strukturierte und exakte Arbeitsweise verbindet sich mit Zahlenaffinität, Eigeninitiative und hoher Diskretion sowie einer zuverlässigen und teamorientierten Persönlichkeit
