Als Payroll Spezialist / Spezialistin 80-100% sichern Sie im HR-Team die Lohnverarbeitung und übernehmen zentrale Aufgaben der Personaladministration.

Ihre Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Sie steuern den gesamten monatlichen Payroll-Prozess von der Datenaufbereitung bis zur finalen Kontrolle und sorgen gemeinsam mit dem HR-Team für eine präzise sowie fristgerechte Lohnabrechnung
  • Rund um den Employee Lifecycle übernehmen Sie die lohnrelevante Administration, erfassen personelle Veränderungen zuverlässig und halten sämtliche Stamm- und Lohndaten in den HR-Systemen aktuell
  • Sozialversicherungsrelevante Themen bearbeiten Sie fachkundig und stellen gleichzeitig eine korrekte Abwicklung der jährlichen Lohndokumente sicher
  • Als zentrale Schnittstelle für lohn- und arbeitszeitbezogene Anliegen beraten Sie Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte kompetent und bringen Ihre Erfahrung aktiv in die Optimierung von HR-Prozessen und Projekten ein

Sie bieten Ihrem neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Mind. fünf Jahre Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion, ein gutes Verständnis für gesetzliche Vorgaben im Schweizer Personalumfeld sowie versierter Umgang mit digitalen Office-Anwendungen zeichnen Sie aus
  • Ihr berufliches Fundament besteht aus einer kaufmännischen Ausbildung, ergänzt durch eine anerkannte Spezialisierung im Personal-, Lohn- oder Versicherungswesen
  • Zusätzliche Fachausbildungen rund um Vergütung, Personaladministration oder soziale Absicherung sind von Vorteil und unterstützen Sie dabei, anspruchsvolle HR-Themen sicher zu beurteilen
