Im Rahmen unserer HR\-Transformation sucht Affidea Schweiz eine/n erfahrene/n Payroll Spezialist / Spezialistin zur Verstärkung unseres Lohnbuchhaltungsteams im HR Shared Service Center in Freiburg.

Diese Position spielt eine Schlüsselrolle für die Kontinuität und Zuverlässigkeit der Lohnabrechnung und trägt gleichzeitig aktiv zur Strukturierung und Verbesserung der Prozesse in einem sich ständig entwickelnden Umfeld bei.

Wir suchen eine selbstständige, sorgfältige und lösungsorientierte Person, die sich in komplexen Umgebungen zurechtfindet, die Datenqualität sicherstellt und das Team im Arbeitsalltag spürbar entlastet.

Ihre Aufgaben

* Umfassende Abwicklung des monatlichen Lohnabrechnungsprozesses von der Vorbereitung bis zum Abschluss der Lohnabrechnung.

* Regelmäßige Erstellung der Abrechnungen für AHV, Quellensteuer, Familienzulagen, Unfall\- und Krankenversicherung sowie der jährlichen Steuerbescheinigungen

* Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen Koordination mit externen Stellen (AHV, UVG, IJM, BVG, Familienzulagen)

* Gewährleistung der Qualität und Zuverlässigkeit der Daten in den Lohnabrechnungssystemen (SwissSalary) sowie Beherrschung der Schnittstellen zu PEP/Mobatime.

* Unterstützung der Führungskräfte, Mitarbeiter und unseres HRBP\-Teams bei allen Fragen rund um die Lohnabrechnung

* Mitwirkung an Projekten zur Strukturierung und Sicherstellung der Zuverlässigkeit von HR\-Daten

* Beitrag zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Prozesse und der HR\-Dokumentation

Anforderungen

* Mindestens 10 Jahre Erfahrung in der Lohnabrechnung in einem Schweizer Umfeld sowie in der Abwicklung der Lohnabrechnung für mehrere Unternehmen

* Kenntnisse in SwissSalary sind zwingend erforderlich; Kenntnisse in Mobatime und PEP sind von Vorteil

* Fundierte Kenntnisse der schweizerischen Sozialversicherungen (AHV, BVG, UVG, ALV, IJM)

* Hohe Selbstständigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Sicherer Umgang mit komplexen Systemen, Daten und Prozessen

* Sorgfalt, ausgeprägtes Augenmerk auf Datenqualität und die Gewährleistung der Zuverlässigkeit

* Belastbarkeit und Geduld im Kontext einer HR\-Transformation

* Fließende Deutschkenntnisse sind unerlässlich; Englisch\- und Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil

* Zertifikat im Personalwesen (eidgenössisches HR\-Diplom) oder gleichwertige Ausbildung, erforderlich im Bereich Lohn\- oder Vergütungsmanagement.

* Absolute Diskretion und ausgeprägtes Gespür für Vertraulichkeit
