Mit über 20 Standorten -- darunter die Privatkliniken Clienia Littenheid und Clienia Schlössli sowie das gerontopsychiatrische Angebot der Clienia Bergheim -- bietet sie ein vielfältiges Spektrum an psychiatrischen und psychotherapeutischen Behandlungsmethoden im ambulanten, tagesklinischen und stationären Rahmen an. Die Gruppe beschäftigt rund 1800 Mitarbeitende und erzielte 2025 einen Umsatz von CHF 240 . Für unsere Psychotherapie Station A0 mit Behandlungsschwerpunkt Depressionen suchen wir 1\\. November 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n Peer Mitarbeiterin / Peer Mitarbeiter (EX\\-IN oder PMS) ======================================================= 20% === Station A0 mit Behandlungsschwerpunkt Depressionen Die Station hat sich spezialisiert auf die Behandlung von Menschen mit depressiver Symptomatik. Der therapeutischen Arbeit liegt ein mehrdimensionales Depressionsverständnis zugrunde. Die psychotherapeutische und pharmakologische Behandlung erfolgt auf dem Stand des aktuellen Wissens und integriert schwerpunktmässig modular CBASP und ACT. Zusätzlich kommen komplementärmedizinische Angebote zum Einsatz. Die in der Regel offen geführte Maisonette\\-Station hat 21 Behandlungsplätze. ### Ihre Aufgaben \\\< \\\>Begleitung von Patienten auf ihrem Genesungsweg im Rahmen von Einzelgesprä und im Stationsalltag \\ \\\< \\\>Einbringen der Perspektive von Erfahrung mit psychischer Erkrankung und Genesung in behandlungsrelevante Bereiche \\ \\\< \\\>Zusammenarbeit mit dem Kernteam \\ \\\< \\\>Durchführung eines peer\\-geleiteten Gruppenangebotes zur Unterstützung des persönlichen Recovery\\-Prozesses der Betroffenen \\ \\\< \\\>Unterstützung und Vernetzung zu Nachsorge \\ \\\< \\\>Angeboten, z.B. Selbsthilfegruppen\\-Teilnahme an Intervisionen sowie an der Fachgruppe Peer \\\& Recovery \\ ### Ihr Profil \\\< \\\>Du bringst eine hohe fachliche und persönliche Kompetenz als Expertin oder Experte aus Erfahrung mit und warst idealerweise bereits als Peer im stationären Setting tätig \\ \\\< \\\>Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Peer\\-Weiterbildung (EX\\-IN oder PMS) \\ \\\< \\\>Du hast ein erweitertes Verständnis der eigenen Genesungsgeschichte und kannst differenziert darüber sprechen \\ \\\< \\\>Du kannst Übersetzer/\\-in und Vermittler/\\-in für die Patienten (z.B.
