Ziel der : In deiner gestaltest du die Entwicklung der F\-Crew in unserer Organisationsstruktur mit. Du begleitest und unterstützt die Teams in ihrer persönlichen und beruflichen Weiterentwicklung, damit sie ihr Potential und ihre Talente voll entfalten können. Du bist Ansprechpartner\in für verschiedenste Fragen der F\-Crew und agierst gekonnt als erfahrene\r People Business Partner. Dein Interesse geht über die eigenen Rollen hinaus und du unterstützt bei Abwesenheiten im auch in anderen Rollen.

Deine Mission

  • Du verantwortest und steuerst den gesamten Rekrutierungsprozess für bestimmte Kreise
  • Du verantwortest und das Thema Gesundheit über alle Kreise bei FREITAG und unterstützt die zuständigen Circle Leads dabei, die mentale und physische Gesundheit der Mitarbeiter\*innen nachhaltig zu stärken
  • Du betreust die Mitarbeiter\*innen und Circle Leads im gesamten Employee Life Cycle für einen bestimmten
  • Du berätst und begleitest die Mitarbeiter\innen und Circle Leads in allen personalrelevanten und arbeitsrechtlichen Themen selbständig oder in Absprache mit den People \& Culture Business Partner\innen
  • Du begleitest die Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeiter\*innen in Zusammenarbeit mit den Circle Leads
  • Du unterstützt, berätst und begleitest die Circle Leads in Change\-Prozessen, in Konfliktsituationen oder darin, ihre Leadership noch wirkungsvoller wahrzunehmen
  • Du trägst die Hauptverantwortung für die KV\-Ausbildung bei FREITAG und stehst den Ausbildungsverantwortlichen anderer Bereiche wie IT und Logistik beratend zur Seite
  • Du übernimmst die fachliche Verantwortung für administrative Aufgaben und Prozesse im gesamten Employee Life Cycle
  • Du treibst Projekte in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Projektteam und den Kreisen voran, um unsere Jahresziele zu erreichen und unsere Dienstleistungen weiterzuentwickeln

Dein Rucksack

  • Du bringst mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren inkl. Personaladministration und Rekrutierung mit, von Vorteil in einem internationalen Umfeld
  • Du verfügst über Erfahrung in der Beratung, Begleitung und im Coaching von Mitarbeiter\*innen und Circle Leads in Führungsthemen
  • Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Human Resources und Schweizer Arbeitsrechts
  • Du verfügst über eine Weiterbildung im Personalwesen (Personalfachfrau/fachmann mit eidg. Fachausweis, CAS in Human Resources, Dipl. Betriebswirtschaft HF)
  • Du hast bereits mit ABACUS gearbeitet und verfügst über sehr gute Anwender\*inerfahrung
  • Du bringst Erfahrung im Umgang mit HR\-KPIs sowie KI\-gestützen Tools mit und nutzt diese gewinnbringend in deiner täglichen Arbeit
  • Du bist ein Profi im administrativen Daily Business und hast eine grosse Leidenschaft für die operative Personalarbeit
  • Du hast eine hands\-on Mentalität, arbeitest eigeninitiativ, strukturiert, verantwortungsbewusst sowie kollaborativ
  • Du verfügst über hohe Fachkompetenz, bist empathisch, trittst durchsetzungsstark auf und behandelst Personalthemen jederzeit diskret
  • Du sprichst fliessend Deutsch und Englisch, jede weitere Sprache ist von Vorteil
  • Du hast Freude an der Marke FREITAG und kannst dich mit unseren Werten identifizieren
