Das bringst du mit

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Arbeits- oder Organisationspsychologie ist Pflicht. Alles andere, wie eine anerkannte Ausbildung als Coach, ist ein Bonus
  • Mindestens zwei bis fünf Jahre Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Rolle in der Personal- und Organisationsentwicklung - du hast also schon solide Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen in unserem Handwerk gesammelt
  • Leidenschaft und Know-how, um Veränderungs- und Entwicklungsprozesse zu begleiten und innovative HR-Lösungen zu gestalten
  • Ausgeprägtes konzeptionelles Denken, gepaart mit einem sicheren Auftreten, strategischem Weitblick und einer klaren Ergebnisorientierung
  • Eigenverantwortung, Selbstmanagement und Durchsetzungsvermögen? Das hast du genauso drauf wie eine exzellente kommunikative Kompetenz
