Einsatz ist gefragt \- deine Aufgaben

  • Zusammen mit deinen Teamkolleg:innen bist du für die Betreuung des administrativen Teils des Employee Lifecycles (On\- bis Offboarding) zuständig. Wenn es passt und du schon Erfahrung mitbringst, können zusätzliche Aufgaben aus den Bereichen Payroll, Krankheit und Unfall, Rekrutierung und Beratung hinzukommen.
  • Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören unter anderem die Kontrolle von Arbeits\- und Aufenthaltsbewilligungen, die Erfassung anstehender Pensionierungen und Dienstjubiläen sowie die Ersterfassung von Mitarbeitenden in unserem EDV\-System Abacus.
  • Du stehst regelmässig im schriftlichen und telefonischen Kontakt mit Führungskräften und Mitarbeitenden und berätst sie zu betrieblichen Abläufen.
  • Wir wollen uns weiterentwickeln \- bring dein Know\-how und deine Erfahrungen ein und unterstütze uns aktiv im Veränderungsprozess!

  • Deine kaufmännische Ausbildung ergänzt du idealerweise durch eine Weiterbildung auf Stufe Fachausweis oder durch entsprechende Praxiserfahrung im Bereich Human Resources oder Sozialversicherungen.
  • Du bist ausdauernd, flexibel und lässt dich so schnell nicht aus der Ruhe bringen \- unser Arbeitsumfeld ist sehr dynamisch.
  • Eine offene, empathische und lösungsorientierte Grundhaltung ist für dich selbstverständlich.
  • Unsere Mitarbeitenden sind in der ganzen Schweiz verteilt. Falls du schon Französisch\-Kenntnisse mitbringst \- wäre dies perfekt! Falls nicht, unterstützen wir dich gerne beim Auffrischen der Sprache.
