Ihre Aufgaben =============

  • Lohn\- und Sozialversicherungsabrechnungen (Abacus), sowie Quellensteuer etc
  • Bearbeitung von Arbeits\- und Aufenthaltsbewilligungen
  • Zeiterfassung inkl Ferien/Abwesenheiten
  • Mithilfe im Recruiting, On\- und Offboarding
  • Verantwortung für die korrekte Bearbeitung von Fragestellungen und Sachverhalte im Bereich Personal
  • Durchführung von Sonderprojekten und Bearbeitung weiterer Themengebiete im Personal und in der kaufmännischen Administration
  • Engagiertes Mitwirken bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer Personalprozesse

Ihr Profil ==========

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung im HR\-Bereich
  • langjährige Kenntnisse/Erfahrung im Personalbereich, Steuer und Sozialversicherungsrecht
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den MS\-Office\-Programmen
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit hohem Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Diskretion und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Teamfähigkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft
