Deine Mission: Bei uns bist du nicht einfach im Recruiting – du bist der Matchmaker, der täglich die besten Talente mit unseren anspruchsvollen Kunden verbindet. Mit deiner People-Kompetenz führst du souverän Vorstellungsgespräche, prüfst Kandidatinnen und Kandidaten sorgfältig und begleitest sie durch den gesamten Bewerbungsprozess. Du setzt dich mit Leidenschaft für unsere Mitarbeitenden ein – denn sie sind das Herzstück unseres Erfolgs. Als zentrale Figur im Rekrutierungsprozess hältst du alle Fäden in der Hand: von der Ausschreibung bis zur erfolgreichen Besetzung.

Deine Aufgaben: •Du führst Interviews, prüfst Bewerbungen und findest die passenden Talente. •Du begleitest alle Prozesse rund um Ein- und Austritte, Verträge und Zeugnisse. •Du bist Ansprechperson für Mitarbeiteranliegen und löst personalrelevante Fragen kompetent. •Du betreust unseren langjährigen Kundenstamm in gewohnt hoher Qualität. •Du pflegst Personalakten, Datenbanken und erledigst administrative HR-Themen. •Du denkst mit, bringst Ideen ein und hältst unsere Prozesse frisch und effizient.

Dein Profil: •Abgeschlossene Ausbildung und mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion. •Sehr gute MS-Office-Skills; Zvoove-Kenntnisse sind ein Plus. •Du bist top organisiert, arbeitest strukturiert und behältst auch bei Tempo den Überblick. •Schweizerdeutsch und gute schriftliche Ausdrucksweise in Deutsch sind zwingend – Französischkenntnisse und weitere Sprachen sind willkommen. •Kommunikationsstark, sympathisch, teamfähig. •Du kommst aus der Region Laufen und kennst dich hier gut aus. •Führerschein Kat. B.
