Ihre Aufgabe ##

  • Rekrutierung und Vermittlung von Fachpersonal in der Baubranche
  • Verantwortung und Betreuung der temporären Mitarbeitenden
  • Akquisition von Neukunden
  • Pflege des bestehenden Kundenstammes
  • Kundenbesuche
  • Organisation von Vorstellungsgesprächen zwischen Kunden und Kandidaten
  • Lohn- und Tarifvereinbarungen mit Kandidaten und Kunden
  • Erreichung Budget

Ihr Profil ##

  • Grundausbildung in Verkauf, KV oder in technischen Berufsfelder
  • Verkaufsflair mit hohem Leistungs- und Erfolgswillen
  • Organisationstalent und gute administrative Fähigkeiten
  • Anwendung von IT-Applikationen / Branchensoftware
  • Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Deutschkenntnisse
  • Fremdsprachen wie Italienisch, Spanisch oder Portugiesisch von Vorteil
  • Gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild
  • Ideales Alter: 20 - 30 Jahre
