Personalberater/in ==================

PEKO ist seit über 40 Jahren erfolgreich als Personaldienstleisterin tätig. Unsere Mitarbeitenden sind mehrheitlich fest bei uns angestellt und leisten durch ihre Arbeit an verschiedenen Einsatzorten unserer Kunden in der Maschinenindustrie, Umwelt\-, Energie\-, Nuklear\- und Bahntechnik ihren Beitrag zum gemeinsamen Erfolg. Neben dem Verleih von Fachleuten vermitteln wir auch Feststellen und führen eigene Projekte und Fabrikationsaufträge aus.

Zur Verstärkung in eigener Sache suchen wir per sofort eine/n Personalberater/in – eine Persönlichkeit, die Akquise liebt, Verantwortung übernimmt und die Betreuung von Menschen als ihres Jobs versteht.

Deine Aufgaben – verantwortungsvoll \& vielseitig

  • Neukundenakquise: Du unterstützt beim Identifizieren potenzieller Kunden, baust Kontakte auf und entwickelst sie zu langfristigen Partnerschaften.
  • Bestandskundenpflege: Du betreust deine Kunden aktiv, erkennst Bedarf früh und entwickelst den Kundenstamm strategisch weiter.
  • Beratung mit Arbeitsrechts\-Fokus: Du bist Ansprechperson für arbeitsrechtliche Fragen im Personalverleih
  • Mitarbeiterbetreuung im Einsatz: Du bist nahe dran – vom Onboarding über Einsatzstart und regelmässige Standortbestimmungen bis zur Konfliktlösung und Weiterentwicklung.
  • Rekrutierung \& Matching: Du führst Interviews, prüfst Eignung (fachlich und menschlich), koordinierst Kandidatenprozesse und sorgst für hohe Qualität in jeder Phase.
  • Selbständiges Portfoliomanagement: Du planst und steuerst dein Tagesgeschäft eigenverantwortlich, setzt Prioritäten und bringst Struktur in Pipeline, Termine und Follow\-ups.

Das bringst Du mit ------------------

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Personalberater/in
  • Ein Netzwerk in der Region sind von Vorteil.
  • Sehr gutes Verständnis des Arbeitsrechts im Kontext Personalverleih (GAV, Vertragswesen, Pflichten/Prozesse) – Du berätst sicher und sauber, nicht aus dem Bauch.
  • Hohe Selbständigkeit und Eigenverantwortung: Du brauchst keine enge Führung, sondern klare Ziele – und Du erreichst sie.
  • Menschenorientierung und Kommunikationsstärke: Du arbeitest gern mit Mitarbeitenden und Kunden.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse; Englisch und/oder Französisch sind von Vorteil. MS Office 365 setzt Du routiniert ein.
