Wir sind auf die Bereiche Handwerk, Technik, Industrie und Logistik spezialisiert und betreuen Kunden sowie Fachkräfte in der gesamten Schweiz. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams an zentraler Lage in der Basler Innenstadt suchen wir nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als Personalberater/-in 100% Für diese Position setzen wir zwingend bereits vorhandene Berufserfahrung in der Personalberatung bzw. im Personalverleih voraus.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören im Wesentlichen: Rekrutieren, Vermitteln und Betreuen von geeigneten Kandidaten  Kundenbetreuung und Neuakquise (vorwiegend telefonisch) Kundenbesuche in der Firma oder auf der Baustelle Personaladministrative Unterstützung unseres Beraterteams Sie bringen mit: Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung Erfahrungen in der Personalberatung Kaufmännische Kenntnisse Einen gesunden Ehrgeiz, Durchsetzungsvermögen und hohe Eigenmotiviation Selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise Teamfähigkeit Fliessend Schweizerdeutsch und gute Französischkenntnisse Führerschein Kat.
