Für unseren Standort in Sursee suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als

Personalberater/in 80–100 %

Deine Aufgaben - Betreuung und Beratung von Stellensuchenden und Mitarbeitenden - Aktive Gewinnung und Betreuung von Kundenunternehmen - Rekrutierung und Vermittlung geeigneter Kandidatinnen und Kandidaten - Führen von Interviews und Erstellen von Bewerberdossiers - Begleitung der Mitarbeitenden während des gesamten Einsatzes - Ausbau und Pflege langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen - Selbstständige Betreuung deines eigenen Kunden- und Kandidatenportfolios -Allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten im Bereich Personalvermittlung

Das bringst du mit

  • Berufserfahrung in der Personalberatung, Personalvermittlung, im Verkauf oder in einer vergleichbaren Position von Vorteil
  • Freude am Kontakt mit Menschen und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Sicheres und sympathisches Auftreten
  • Verkaufs- und Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Organisationstalent und eine hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Führerschein Kat. B von Vorteil
